The Unloc Enterprise Academy is a programme to enable schools and colleges to inspire, motivate and develop the enterprising mindsets of their young people.

We passionately believe in enabling young people to develop their own skills through setting up and testing their own businesses, projects and ideas. Personal development is at the heart of everything Unloc does and this programme embodies that ethos.

The programme was established by co-founders Hayden Taylor and Ben Dowling, both successful young entrepreneurs with a long history of working in and around business since a very young age. In 2014, Hayden and Ben made the call to launch the Enterprise Academy as a platform to help others develop skills to start their own journeys. The Enterprise Academy has a clear focus on assisting young people both in terms of developing their skills and enabling those who want to find self-employment to do so; Hayden and Ben have ensured that these two key outcomes are at the heart of everything the Academy does.
