Charlotte is a Senior Policy Researcher at Nesta. She carries out research projects to support startups and entrepreneurship across Europe. Prior to Nesta, she held research positions at the University of Warwick, Columbia University and the University of Texas at Dallas.

Session: The entrepreneurial mindset: what does it look like and how can it be taught?

Enterprise education has progressed remarkably in some areas. But while we know how to teach the tools of entrepreneurship, we don’t yet do much to teach the mindsets. And these mindsets matter a lot. In this session, we will discuss the role of mindsets for helping more entrepreneurs start and grow a business. We will explore the question, what does an entrepreneurial mindset look like - and how can it be taught?
